What is VcriptoV?

It is a free that sends automated signals and analyses on the cryptocurrency market. It helps you follow the market, but does not service that invests on your behalf unless you choose to: real orders are only placed if you activate real trading and tap «Invest» (or if you set up an automatic accumulation plan yourself).

Are the signals guaranteed financial advice?

No. The signals are information and automated processing, not financial advice and do not guarantee profits. Cryptocurrencies are risky: only invest what you can afford to lose. Every decision is yours.

How much does it cost?

Access is free: you sign up with your email and receive an access code. You only pay, if you want, for credits for the AI assistant and the "Invest with one tap" button (everyone already gets 20 free per month). Purchased credits are valid until the end of the month.

How do I cancel?

If you have the weekly credit subscription, you can cancel it anytime from the Credits ("Cancel renewal" button) or by writing to support: your credits will remain until the end of the week you've already paid for. Free access cannot be canceled: it remains yours.

Are payments secure?

Yes: card payments are processed directly by Stripe, one of the most used payment systems in the world. VcriptoV does not see or store your card data. Alternatively, you can pay for credits with VcriptoV's coin on Solana.

I am not receiving the email (verification, login...). What should I do?

Check the SPAMfolder. If you find it there, open the message and tap "Report as not spam": afterwards, the links will be clickable again. Add assistenza.vcriptov@gmail.com to your contacts to always receive them.

How do I turn on notifications?

In the settings/dedicated areas you will find the button to enable them. On iPhone, to receive them even when the site is closed, first add the site to your Home screen (Share → Add to Home) and reopen it from there.

What devices does it work on?

It works from the browser of your phone, tablet, and computer. No installation is required; on iPhone you can add it to the Home screen to use it like an app.
